Shasta Vista Subdivision)RESOLUTION NO. &.S A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING DETERMINING THAT PROTESTS HAVE NOT BEEN MADE BY 25% OF THE REGISTERED VOTERS NOR BY OWNERS OF 25% OF THE LAND WITHIN ANNEXATION NO. 80-10. (MT. VISTA SUBDIVISION). WHEREAS, on February 17, 1981, the City Council of the City of Redding adopted Resolution No. 81-28, initiating proceedings for annexation to the City of Redding of certain inhabited territory designated as Annexation No. 80-10, and giving notice of hearing at 7:30 P.M. on April 6, 1981, in the City Council Chambers at -1313 California Street, Redding, California, when and where the City Council would hear protests to said annexation, and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed in said Resolution for hearing protests, the City Council did hear and pass upon all protests made to the proposed annexation, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby determines that protests have not been made by 25% of the registered voters within the territory nor by owners of 25% of the land within the territory proposed to be annexed.
