Section 'l. The City Council o"f..the City of Redding;; nds .
and determines that the public'convenience'and.,hecessity;'require
the constructionand maintenance by the.City"of Reddi'ng, of. public
improvements, to wit, 'the extension of Buenaventura,_'Boulevard north
' of, Eureka Way, and Sunflower Drive,- and certain related. public
u',tilities, and Government Code Section. 3.7:350. 5-.author.izes the `City
to acquire the necessary.real property interests for''said public
improvements..by eminent domain.
Section-'2. 'The City Council finds' and-determines'that
the sub ject.'.pro ject has- been- planned and .is .to- be .located in the
manner'that 'will be most.compatible with the greatest�,public good
and the lea st.private injury.
