A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
AMENDING THE CITY OF REDDING SCHEDULE OF PART-TIME
EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES/RANGES AND
THE REDDING INDEPENDENT EMPLOYEES' ORGANIZATION —
CLERICAL, TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL NON-EXEMPT
EMPLOYEE SCHEDULE OF CLASSIFICATIONS AND HOURLY WAGE
RATES
WHEREAS, staff has recommended that, effective December 24, 2023, the City of
Redding Schedule of Part -Time Employee Classifications and Wage Rates/Ranges and the
Redding Independent Employees' Organization — Clerical, Technical and Professional Non -
Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Hourly Wage Rates be amended as set forth in
the attached Exhibits; and
WHEREAS, the governing body of the City of Redding deems it to be in the best interest
of the City to adopt such recommendations;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redding that the City of Redding Schedule of Part -Time Employee Classifications and Wage
Rates/Ranges and Redding Independent Employees Organization — Clerical, Technical and
Professional Non -Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Hourly Wage Rates be
amended, effective December 24, 2023, as set forth in the attached Exhibits.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was introduced and adopted at a
regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on 5`h day of December, 2023, by the
following vote:
