HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso. 1987 - 341 - Accepting report and setting hearing of protests - I-5/Twin View Blvd Sewer Assessment District No. 1986-7 ., • � RESOLUTION NO. �� � RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT AND SETTING HEARING OF PROTESTS I-5/TWIN VIEW BOULEVARD SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1986-7 The City Council of the City of Redding resolves: 1. At the direction of this Council, CARL H. ARNESS, Director of Public Works, as Engineer of Work for improvement proceedings in I-5/Twin View Boulevard Sewer Assessment District No. 1986-7 has filed with the City Clerk the report described in Section 10204 of the Streets and Highways Code (Municipal Improvement Act of 1913) . This Council accepts the report without modification, for the purpose of conducting a hearing of protests to the improvements described in the report. 2 . This Council sets 7 : 00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 15, 1987 , at the Police Department and Council Chambers Building, 1313 California Street, Redding, California, as the time and place for hearing protests to the proposed improvements. 3 . The City Clerk is directed to publish, post and mail the notices of improvement required by the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 , and to file an affidavit of compliance.
