RESOLUTION NO.
A •RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF .THE CITY OF REDDING
• DETERMINING THAT PROTESTS HAVE NOT BEEN MADE BY 25% OF
THE REGISTERED VOTERS NOR BY OWNERS OF 25% OF THE LAND'
WITHIN ENTERPRISE ANNEX NO: 79-5 , AS REVISED.
WHEREAS, on October 1, 1979 , the City Council of the
City of Redding adopted Resolution No. 79-186 , initiating
•
proceedings for annexation to the City of Redding of certain
inhabited territory designated as Enterprise Annex No. 79-5 ,
• as revised, and giving notice of hearing at 7 : 30 P.M. on
November 19 , 1979 , in the City Council Chambers at 1313 Calif-
.ornia Street, Redding, California, when and-where the City •
Council would hear. protests to said annexation, and •
WHEREAS, • at the time and place fixed in said
Resolution for hearing protests , the City Council did hear
• and pass upon all protests made to the proposed annexation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council hereby determines that protests have not been made
by 25% of the regis.tered voters within the territory nor by
owners of 25% of the land within the territory 'proposed to be
annexed.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
•
introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the' .City of Redding on the 19th day of November , 1979 ,
, and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following .vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None . •
