UNDER CHAPTER 9. 36 OF THE :REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE ON CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN •THE CITY OF REDDING. • (Owned by Stanley Marc Bridges, 4340 Westside Road) . WHEREAS, the provisions of Chapter..9. 36 of the .Redding . -. Municipal Code provide that all buildings or -structures which are structurally unsafe, or are dilapidated from old age; neglect, de- • cay or other causes within the "City of Redding, which constitute • afire menace or are dangerous to human life, or a likely resort ,•'for vagrant or dissolute persons, may be declared a nuisance by the City Council . of the City of Redding and thereafter abated as • provided therein, and • WHEREAS, the Fire. Marshal has made an inspection of the • -buildings located on real property as hereinafter described, and • has declared them to ,be unsafe and/or a hazard to safety, health and public welfare, and WHEREAS, it has been determined that this matter is cate- • gorically exempt from the provisions of CEQA,, • . NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT' RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding, as follows . • , ' } w • That, it is the intention of this City Council to, begin r P legal proceedings of abatement under" Chapter' 9. 36 • of `the Redding Municipal Code on the real property, described on "Exhibit 'A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said buildings mentioned hereinabove .are'.hereby declared to be d. public nuisance as pro- . vided by Chapter 9. 36 of the.
