THE REDDING CIVIC AUDITORIUM CONVENTION AND TRADE 'CENTER,
..:AND DECLARING. THAT THE REQUIRED CONTRACT. CAN BE :ACQUIRED
IN• THE OPEN MARKET ON TERMS 'FAVORABLE TO THE CITY, AND, ,
• AUTHORIZING 'NEGOTIATION THEREFOR 'BY THE CITY .MANAGER. '; '

bever:age. concessi•on at the Redding Civic Auditorium Convention '

and Trade Center, in Bid Schedule #1262 , bid opening held

WHEREAS', the. City Manager has advised the Council, that,
in his opinion, he',can obtain the, required contract on .terms..

WHEREAS, the City Council;, hasrcar'efully stiud.ied the

• WHEREAS,, it has been determined that this matter -is
categorically exempt from the provisions of CEQA, -
