These services will be provided in the same manner in which they are provided to all parcels within the City of Redding. In addition , electric-utility services will be acquired from the Pacific Gas and Electric Company by the City. It is not anticipated that sewer service will be extended outside the estab- lished sewer-service-area boundary of the Redding Regional Wastewater ' Treatment Plant.
