WHEREAS, the State of California Department of Trans- portation has submitted, for approval and signature by the City, Program Supplement No. 4 to Local Agency - State Agreement No. 02-5068 , covering the Hospital Lane and Canyon Creek Road signal project on State Route 27.3, and WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Redding deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding and its citizens to approve same and authorize execution thereof by the Mayor, and WHEREAS , it has been determined that this matter is � . � categorically exempt from theVprovisions of CEQA, NOW, THEREFORE, BE •IT RESOLVED by the City Council of . J the City of Redding as follows : 1. All of the above recitals are true and correct. 2 . That certain Program Supplment No. 4 to Local Agency - State Agreement No. 02-5068 , covering the Hospital Lane and Canyon Creek Road signal project on State Route 273 , is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized to execute same for and on behalf of the City of Redding.
