}RESOLUTION NO.
' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
• WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT OF A' PARCEL MAP, FOR LOT SPLIT
APPLICATION LS-64-80:.._
WHEREAS; ,at its regular meeting of August 27, 1980, the
Board of Administrative Review recommended approval. of Lot Split
Application No. LS-64-80, requesting adjustment of lot lines . •
•
• between properties identified as 1721 and 1800 Tiger Eye Road; in
a "U" Unclassified District, as applied for by O.K. Nelson, 'and
WHEREAS, attached hereto is a diagram marked "Exhibit A" ;
depicting- the location of the parcels involved and the proposed
• lot line adjustment, and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 66412.(d) provides that
the Subdivision Map Act shall not apply to certain types of lot
• line adjustments where such adjustments are approved by resolution
•
of :t-he City Council, and
•
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of staff that. the City
-''•-,CoLincil approve Lot Split Application No. LS-64-80 , and waive the
application-:of the Subdivision Map Act by resolution, and .
WHEREAS, it has been determined that this matter is
categorically exempt from the provisions of CEQA,
• ' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT . RESOLVED that the._City .Council of
the -City of Redding does hereby approve Lot Split Application No.
• LS-64-80 , and waives further compliance with the Subdivision Map
• Act in connection with said lot split, it being the .express find-
ing of this City Council that this is merely a lot line adjustment
•
between two or more adjacent parcels, where the land taken from one
. parcel is added to an adjacent parcel, and wherea greater number
• of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created.

• I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
;,introduced and read at a. regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Redding on the 6th day of October 1980, and was
duly. adopted. at said meeting by the following vote:
