RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION OF THE ",CITYCOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING'
,DETERMINING: TH'AT PROTESTS. HAVE, NOT BEEN MADE BY THE

WHEREAS, on July '21, 1980, the City Council' of ,the.

, proceedings for annexation to the City of Redding of certain- •

79-16, and giving notice of hearing at 7 : 30 P.M. on September

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED 'that the City

assessment roll', 'nor. by public owners 'of one-half the value

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
• introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council
