Shasta, County 'did, in session, duly assembled on. June 11, 1980.; ,consider and approve the proposed annexation of, said "City of !. Redding -Annex No. .80-1 as;•more :particularly described in • "Exhibit A" attached hereto, and ;did authorize the' legislative , • body of the City toannex such territory without notice and • hearing 'by„the legislative body; and WHEREAS,• said territory is contiguous to the City • of: Redding and is •uninhabited`:territory in the County -of • I ' • Shasta, and • • WHEREAS, the owners 'of all the real property and .improvements situated ,in' "City 'of Redding Annex No.: 80-1" have ,. consented in writingto the: taxing of property within said • - territory to pay' -indebtedness and liability of said. City of • Redding, contracted, incurred and;,authorized pror�,to and • • existing at the,time said territory is., annexed, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Councilof the City of- Redding does resolve as• follows: �, -v 1 The. E. 1/4 of Section 12; and the N. E. 1/4 of Section 13, T. 31 N. , R. 5 W. , M. D.
