S�i� /`57/l ' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .REDDING:' ESTABLISHING SEWER 'SERVICE FEES WHEREAS, Chapter .14 . 16 of the Redding Municipal Code, which previously set ',forth: sewer service' fees in Section 14 :16 025, has now been amended . and .,Section 14 : 16 . 020 now. provides:that' such fees may be fixed, altered, changed, amended- or. revised by the; City Council by resolution, and WHEREAS, .ae new schedule of sewer service fees ' has been • recommended, which 'is attached hereto as .,"Exhibit. A:" ' and incor porated herein by reference, -and { • WHEREAS, the City Council_ deems it to Pbe .;in the best interests of the City and its citizens that said new'.'sche'dule . of sewer service fees be established as 'recommended; ' • NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT `RESOLVED by the City 'Council of • the City of Redding as follows. 1. The.,:City Council has previously ratifiedthe Nega tive Declaration prepared in connection 'herewith, finding that,'no , significant effect on the environment is created' hereby. • • 2 . Sewer service fees are hereby established in accord ance with the fee schedule which• is attached, hereto as "Exhibit A" andincorporated 'herein by reference. 3. This Resolution shall become'.effective immediately. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the ;'foregoing Resolution was intro duced and read at a regular meeting,,of the City.
