-• . • A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY-COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF .REDDING , •
ACCEPTING FOR 'MAINTENANCE AN 'OPERATION WOODHILL -DRIVE;
TEAKWOOD DRIVE, 'ROSEWOOD DRIVE, AND ROCKWOOD CIRCLE
WITHIN "WOODCLIFF ESTATES SUBDIVISION UNITS•. 2, 3 , AND '.4 ., .

WHEREAS, subdivision improvements have' been satis-
factorily completed in Woodcliff. Estates Units `2, 3, and 4 , ands
WHEREAS,. the Director of Public .Works of the.. Ci.ty
•
of Redding has recommended that. Woodhill Drive',. Teakwood Drive;
Rosewood Drive, and Rockwood Circle within said subdivision be
. accepted . into the' City street system now for maintenance and
operation by the City, and; '
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this
recommendation and deems it to be in the .best interests of,
the City -of Redding to approve same, •
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council '.
of the City of Redding that pursuant to the authority provided ';
in Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code, . "
• Woodhill Drive, Teakwood Drive, Rosewood. Drive, and: Rockwood H.
