At the direction of this City Council, the Engineer of Work for improvement proceedings in Lake Boulevard Subdivision Unit 4 Assessment District No. 1980-4, City of Redding, Shasta County, California, has filed with the City Clerk the report described in Sec- tion 10204 of the Streets and Highways Code (Municipal Improvement Act of 1913) . This Council accepts the report without modification, for the purpose of conducting a hearing of protests to the improvements de- scribed in the report. 2. This Council sets 7 : 30 P.M. on Monday, June 2 , 1980 in the Chambers of the City Council at 1313 California Street, Redding, California, as the time and place for hearing protests to the proposed acquisition of improvements. 3 . The City Clerk is directed to publish and mail the notices of improvement required by the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and to file an affidavit of compliance. The notice shall be published in the RECORD SEARCHLIGHT. C.)
