A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
AM�NDING RESOLUTION NO. 78-142 BY RESCINDING THE
DECLARATION OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AND NECESSITY AS IT
PERTAINS TO CERTAIN PARCELS WHICH ARE NO LONGER REQUIRED
FOR THE NORTH BONNYVIEW SEWER ASSESSMENT �ISTRICT.
WHEREAS , since the adoption of Resolution No . 78-142
on August 21 , 1978 , the route of the sewer line for the North
Bonnyview Sewer Assessment District has been changed, so that
certain easements described in said Resolution No. 78-142 are
no longer required for the project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 78-142
is hereby amended by rescinding the declaration of public conveni-
ence and necessity contained therein only as it pertains to the
easements which are described in "Exhibit A" attached hereto.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Redding on the 5th day of March , 1979 , and was
duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None

An easement for general utility purposes running five (5) feet
north and south and ten (10) feet east and �vest and lying in the
northwestern corner of that certain parcel more particularly
described in Book 948 of Official Records , at page 250 , Shasta
County Records.

A five (5) foot wide easement for general utility purposes lying
southerly and adjacent to the most northerly line of that certain
parcel more particularly described in Book 1366 of Official
Records, at page 127 , Shasta County Records .
