Home My WebLink AboutReso. 1980 - 064 - Accepting for maintenance and operation streets within the Manzanita Villas Subdivision • • • • RESOLUTION NO.' `Y>-G A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION MONTE BELLO DRIVE, • LAS ANIMAS DRIVE, PUEBLO COURT AND PORTIONS OF MANZANITA HILLS AVENUE AND FOOTHILL BOULEVARD WITHIN THE MANZANITA VILLAS SUBDIVISION. • • WHEREAS, subdivision improvements have been satisfac- .torily completed in. ManzanitaVillas Subdivision, and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has recommended that Monte Bello Drive, Las Animas Drive, Pueblo Court, the portion of Manzanita Hills Avenue, and the por- tion of Foothill Boulevard within said subdivision be accepted into the City street system now for maintenance and operation by the City, and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this recommenda- tion and deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to approve same, • • NOW, ' THEREFORE., - BE -T :RESOLVED.by the City:'Council of the City of .Redding that pursuant to the.. authority' provided in • Section 1806 of the CaliforniaStreets and Highways Code, Monte Bello. Drive, Las Animas7Drive, : Pueblo COurt, • the portion of Manzanita Hills Avenue, and the portion of Foothill Boulevard within •Manzanita Villas Subdivision are hereby accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City.
