DETERMINING THAT. PROTESTS- HAVE NOT BEEN MADE BY 25% OF . •
THE REGISTERED VOTERS NOR BY OWNERS OF- 25% OF THE,. LAND
•: WITHIN CITY OF BEDDING ANNEX NO. 79-12 (HENDERSON ROAD) . '
WHEREAS, on December J7 , ,,1979 , the City Council .of
the .City .of Redding adapted Resolution No. 79-251, initiating • .
. proceedings for annexation .to the City of Redding of certain..:
inhabited territory .designatedas City of Redding Annex-.No. 79-12
' (Henderson Road area) , and giving. notice of hearing at '7 : 30 -
. I P-.M,. on January 21 , 19'89., in the City Council Chambers . at 1313
California Street, Redding, California, when and where the , •
- City Council would hear protests to said annexation, 'and '
- WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed in said •
Resolution for hearing protests , the City Council did hear -

and pass upon all protests made to the proposed :annexation, •
