Adjust. to the RIEO Supervisor /Confid Unit Exept Sched.RESOLUTION NO. 2023-049 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING ADJUSTMENTS TO THE REDDING INDEPENDENT EMPLOYEES' ORGANIZATION (RIEO) SUPERVISORY/CONFIDENTIAL UNIT EXEMPT SCHEDULE OF CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES, FOR SALARY INCREASES FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR, UTILITY FIELD SERVICES SUPERVISOR, FACILITY SUPERVISOR, AND FLEET SHOP SUPERVISOR CLASSIFICATIONS EFFECTIVE JUNE 11, 2023 WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the Redding Independent Employees' Organization Supervisory/Confidential Unit Exempt Schedule of Classifications and Wage Rates be amended to provide a salary increase for the Customer Service Supervisor, Utility Field Services Supervisor, Facility Supervisor, and Fleet Shop Supervisor classifications to match the salary of the Public Works Supervisor classification; and WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to the in the best interest of the City to adopt such recommendation; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council that the Redding Independent Employees' Organization Supervisory/Confidential Unit Exempt Schedule of Classifications and Wage Rates be amended to provide a salary increase for the Customer Service Supervisor, Utility Field Services Supervisor, Facility Supervisor, and Fleet Shop Supervisor classifications to match the salary of the Public Works Supervisor classification.
