HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance - 2348 - Amend Zoning Map " e e ORDINANCE NO. 2348 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDDING AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE REDDING MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE REZONING OF CERTAIN REAlL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF REDDING (RZ-8-03) The City Council of the City of Redding does ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That the boundaries of the districts referred to in Section 18.01.050 of the Redding Municipal Code, as designated on a map entitled "Zoning Map ofthe City of Redding, California," dated January 7, 2003, are hereby altered as set forth on the map attached hereto and made a part hereof by: 1. On the basis of the information contained in Environmental Impact Report EIR-1-03" the City Council finds that, with mitigation, the subject rezoning will not have a significant effect on the environment. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall not take effect until such time that the City Attorney certifies to the City Clerk that: (l) City of Redding Resolution No. 2005-84, pertaining to General Plan Amendment GP A-4-03, becomes legally effective and (2) that a minimum of 30 days has passed since adoption of the ordinance.
