The City Council Chambers are fully open to the public in compliance with current guidelines
from the California Department of Public Health regarding indoor meetings.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Kristen Schreder with the following Council
Members present: Michael Dacquisto, Mark Mezzano, Erin Resner, and Julie Winter.
Also present were: City Manager Barry Tippin, Assistant City Manager Sheri DeMaagd,
Assistant City Manager Steve Bade, City Attorney Barry DeWalt. City Clerk Pamela Mize
and Executive Assistant Amber DalPoggetto called the roll prior to leaving the Closed Session
meeting.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Mayor Schreder determined that no one present wished to address the items agendized for
Closed Session.
CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 5:16 p.m., Mayor Schreder opened the Special Meeting and announced that the
Council would adjourn to Closed Session.
3A. Closed Session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957.6:
CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR
Designated Agency Representative: Personnel Director DeMaagd
Employee Organizations: (1) International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers AFL-
CIO - Maintenance Employees; and (2) Local 1934 of International Association of
Fire Fighters.
Pursuant to Government Code section 54957.1(a), the City Council took no reportable
action on this item.
3B. Closed Session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54956.8:
CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR
Locations: Vacant Parcel on Old Oregon Trail, APN 306-390-007; &
Vacant Parcel on Old Oregon Trail, APN 075-260-029
City Negotiator: Public Works Director Aukland
Parties: City and Redding Reserve Two, LLC; and
A. Landon Bruce and Darlene E. Bruce
Under Negotiation: Price and Terms
Pursuant to Government Code section 54957.1(a), the City Council took no reportable
action on this item.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Schreder declared the meeting adjourned at the hour
of 5:47 p.m.
