HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2022-113 - Revisit Independent Employees' Organization to Correct ErrorsRESOLUTION NO. 2022-113 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING REVISING THE REDDING INDEPENDENT EMPLOYEES' ORGANIZATION — CLERICAL, TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXEMPT EMPLOYEE SCHEDULE OF CLASSIFICATIONS AND SALARY RANGES, AND REDDING POLICE OFFICER ASSOCIATION SCHEDULE OF CLASSIFICATIONS AND HOURLY WAGE RATES, TO CORRECT CLERICAL ERRORS WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the Redding Independent Employees' Organization — Clerical, Technical and Professional Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Salary Ranges, and Redding Police Officer Association Schedule of Classifications and Hourly Wage Rates be amended as set forth in the attached Exhibits "13-2" and "13-3," and "A-4" to correct clerical errors; and WHEREAS, the governing body of the City of Redding deems it to be in the best interest of the City to adopt such recommendations; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that the Redding Independent Employees Organization — Clerical, Technical and Professional Exempt Employee Schedule of Classifications and Salary Ranges, and the Redding Police Officer Association Schedule of Classifications and Hourly Wage Rates be amended as set forth the attached Exhibits `13-2" and `13-3," and "A-4" to correct clerical errors.
