'A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY 'OF REDDING
DETERMINING THAT PROTESTS HAVE NOT BEEN MADE BY THE
OWNERS OF ONE-HALF OF THE VALUE OF THE TERRITORY WITHIN
CITY OF REDDING ANNEXATION NO. 80-16 (HENDERSON ROAD AREA) .
WHEREAS, on February 2 , 1981, the City Council of . the
City of Redding adopted Resolution No. 81-20 , .initiating
proceedings for annexation to the City of Redding of certain
uninhabited territory designated as City of Redding Annexation No.
80-16 , and giving notice of hearing at 7 : 30 P.M. on March 16 , 1981 ,
- in the City Council Chambers at 1313 California Street,
Redding, California, when and where the City Council would
hear protests to said annexation, and .
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed in said
Resolution for hearing protests, the City Council did hear
and pass upon all protests made to the proposed annexation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City
Council hereby determines that protests have not been made by
the owners of one-half the value of the privately owned terri- -.
tory proposed to be annexed as shown by the last equalized .
assessment roll, norby public owners of one-half the value
of the publicly owned territory proposed to be annexed. •
I HEREBY. CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Redding on the 16th day of March , 1981 , and .
was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote: - •
