City of Redding adopted Resolution No. 80-316, .initiating proceed-
ings for annexation to the City of Redding of certain inhabited .
territory designated as City of Redding Annexation No. 80-3 , and •
giving notice of hearing 'at 7: 30 P.M. on January. 19, 1981, in the
• City Council Chambers at 1313 California Street, Redding,' Calif- .
• ornia, when and where the City Council would hear protests- to- Said
annexation and .
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed - in. said .
Resolution for hearing protests, the City Council: did hear_

and pass upon all protests made to the proposed: annexation,
NOW, THEREFORE', BE IT RESOLVED that the ' City Council
hereby determines that protests have not been made by 25o .of the
• - registered voters within the territory nor by owners of 25% of •
the land within the territory proposed to be annexed.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was •
introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Redding on the 19th . day of January. , 1981,
and was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
