BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City -of
Redding as follows:

1. That, pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal
Organization Act of• 1977', a petition for• annexation, signed •

to file a certified copyof this Resolution, along with appro
priate fees, with the Executive Officer of the Local Agency
Formation Commission of Shasta County.

EXHIBIT "C"
PLAN FOR PROVIDING SERVICES AS REQUESTED BY
SECTION 35102 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE
Upon annexation, the following services will he available to the
subject area : Water, sewer, solid-waste collection, police protection,
fire protection, and maintenance of public streets. These services will
be provided in the same manner in which they are provided to all parcels
within the City of Redding. In addition, electric-utility services will
be acquired from the Pacific Gas and Electric Company by the City. It
is not anticipated that sewer service will he extended outside the estab-
lished sewer-service-area boundary of the Redding Regional Wastewater
Treatment. Plant.
