��, tt � • � � � RESOLUTION NO. �:S ,,�;�f A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING AND CONFIRMING REPORT AND ACCOUNT OF THE COST OF ABATEMENT OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS AND DEBRIS ON THE STOVER PRO- PERTY, 1411 AND 1415 SPRUCE STREET. WHEREAS , the Fire Marshal of the City of Redding has sub- mitted to the City Council for confirmation, a report and account of the cost of abatement of unsafe buildings and debris on the property owned by Donald and Roberta Stover, Jr. , being Parcel Nos . 104-031-01 and 104-031-02 , located at 1411 and 1415 Spruce Street, Redding, California, and more particularly described as tollows : Real property situate in the City of Redding, County of Shasta, State of California, described as follows : Parcel No. 1 . Lot 6, Block 16 , as shown on the Map of Park Subdivision, recorded May 25 , 1936 in Book 5 of Maps at page 12 , Shasta County Records. Parcel No. 2 . Beginning at a 12 inch iron pipe monument marked RE 4603 whence a 6"x6" concrete monument marking the northeast corner of Lot 4 of the Lassen View Subdivision, as per plat on file in the office of the County Recorder of Shasta County, bears N. 16°08 ' 07" E. , a distance of 1683. 27 feet; thence S. 1°36 ' W. , 140 feet; thence S. 88°24 ' E. , 50 feet; thence N. 1°36 ' E. , 140 feet; thence N. 88°24 ' W. , 50 feet to the place of beginning. WHEREAS, the demolition and removal work done on said property, for which said costs were incurred, was done pursuant to the provisions of the City Code, and the owner of the subject property was notified in advance of all proceedings herein as provided for in said Code; and � � � � Y�, � � � . WHEREAS, it has been determined that this matter is categor- ically exempt from the provisions of CEQA; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redding does hereby approve and confirm the report and account of the cost of demolition and removal of unsafe buildings and debris on the subject property. These costs shall constitute a lien on said property and shall be collected in the manner of ordinary taxes by the Tax Collector of the County of Shasta, acting for the City of Redding. The City Clerk of the City of Redding is directed to send a copy of this Resolution and the report of the Fire Marshal herein to the County Auditor of Shasta County for that purpose.
