HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso. 1983 - 180 - Accepting for maintenance and operation sunkist sunflower sunlight sunday and sunbird and sunbird courts and sunriver lane • RESOLUTION NO. 3-j g A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION SUNKIST, SUNFLOWER, SUNLIGHT, SUNDAY AND SUNBIRD COURTS AND SUNRIVER LANE, ALL IN THE SUNSET WEST SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, subdivision improvements have been satisfactorily completed in the Sunset West Subdivision; and WHEREAS , the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has recommended that Sunkist, Sunflower, Sunlight, Sunday and Sunbird Courts and Sunriver Lane in said subdivision be accepted into the City street system now for maintenance and operation by the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this recommendation and deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to approve same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that, pursuant to the authority provided in Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code, Sun- kist, Sunflower, Sunlight, Sunday and Sunbird Courts and Sunriver Lane in the Sunset West Subdivision, are hereby accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was intro- duced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Redding on the 6th day of September , 1983, and 00 .
