HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso. 1983 - 169 - Accepting for maintenance and operation a portion of goodwater ave • RESOLUTION NO. f'..3 -/6, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION A PORTION OF GOODWATER AVENUE, LOCATED IN PARCEL MAP LS-27-82. WHEREAS, improvements have been satisfactorily completed in Parcel Map LS-27-82; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding has recommended that a portion of Goodwater Avenue in said parcel map be accepted into the City street system now for maintenance and operation by the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this recommendation and deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding to approve same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that, pursuant to the authority provided in Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code, a portion of Goodwater Avenue in Parcel Map LS-27-82, is hereby accepted into the City street system for maintenance and opera- tion by the City.
