HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso. 1983 - 074 - Resolution changing proceedings victor avenue and other streets sewer assessment 111 A RESOLUTION NO. sP3 7y RESOLUTION CHANGING PROCEEDINGS VICTOR AVENUE AND OTHER STREETS SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1982-5 The City Council of the City of Redding resolves: 1. The property owners for Assessor' s Parcel Numbers 71-260-04 and 71-260-05 have executed a petition and waiver for inclusion in the Victor Avenue and Other Streets Sewer Assessment District No. 1982-5 . This additional inclusion has the effect of reducing the assessments on Assessment Nos. 1 through 27 , inclusive, within the assessment district. 2 . Based on this additional inclusion, the Engineer of Work has prepared a Second Amended Engineer' s Report. This Council approves the Second Amended Engineer' s Report and each component part of it, including each exhibit incorporated by. reference in the report. 3 . This Council directs the City Clerk to record the Amended Assessment Diagram, Exhibit F of the Second Amended Engineer ' s Report, with the County Recorder of the County of Shasta, and to record the Second Amended Engineer' s Report with the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding. No further notice or hearing is required. 411 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Redding , Shasta County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 18th day of April, 1983.
