RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS
VICTOR AVENUE AND OTHER STREETS SEWER ASSESSMENT NO. 1982-5
The City Council of the City of Redding resolves:
On February 22, 1983, the City Council opened a public
hearing on the resolution of intention and the engineer ' s report
on the proposed improvement in Victor Avenue and Other Streets
Sewer Assessment District No. 1982-5. On that date the hearing
was continued to March 7 , 1983.
At or before the time set for hearings, certain
interested persons made protests or objections to the proposed
improvement, the extent of the assessment district or the
proposed assessment.
The City Council hereby overrules each of these
protests, written or oral.
The City Council finds that the protest against the
proposed improvement (including all written protests not
withdrawn in writing before the conclusion of the protest
hearing) is made by the owners of less than one-half of the area
of the land to be assessed for the improvement.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Redding , Shasta County, California, at a regular meeting
thereof, held on the 7th day of March, 1983.
