RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGE OF PROCEEDINGS
WITHOUT NOTICE OR HEARING
BUCKEYE PRESSURE ZONE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1984-1
The City Council of the City of Redding resolves:
1. On October 15, 1984 , this Council approved the Second
Amended Engineer ' s Report for the Buckeye Presssure Zone Assessment
District No. 1984-1, City of Redding, Shasta County, California. A
clerical error which affects Assessment Nos. 9 , 10 , 11 12 on
Exhibits C and D of that report has been found.
2 . This Council hereby authorizes and directs the City
Clerk to change the Second Amended Engineer ' s Report by correcting
Exhibits C and D as outlined on the Exhibits attached to this
resolution. These changes are made without further notice or
hearing.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Redding,
Shasta County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
5th day of November , 1984 .

INTENTION OF ASSESSMENT
The intention of this assessment district is to raise funds for the
purpose of constructing Master Water Plan improvements within the
Buckeye Pressure Zone.
METHOD OF ASSESSMENT
The method of assessment for this district is to assess the property
within the proposed boundaries an $830 special benefit fee per household
equivalent. This special benefit fee is applied to each of the
potential household equivalents to be allowed during the development of
the included parcels.
The special benefit fee is applied to the parcels in accordance with the
provisions of the City ordinance and resolution which outlines the
application of charges by household equivalents and its relationship to
a particular water meter size.
