RESOLUTION NO. 0)-(-14,73-
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION CAROL JEAN
COURT AND A PORTION OF CIRRUS COURT IN THE SUNSHINE
HOMES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2 AND VICTOR AVENUE NORTH OF
SUNSHINE HOMES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2 TO 243 FEET SOUTH
OF THE BRIDGE.
WHEREAS, subdivision improvements have been satisfactorily
completed in the Sunshine Homes Subdivision, Unit No. 2 ; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding
has recommended that Carol Jean Court and a portion of Cirrus
Court in said subdivision, and Victor Avenue south of Galaxy,
north to 243 feet south of the bridge be accepted into the City
street system now for maintenance and operation by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this recommendation
and deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding
to approve same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redding that, pursuant to the authority provided in
Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code, Carol
Jean Court and a portion of Cirrus Court in the Sunshine Homes
Subdivision, Unit No. 2 and Victor Avenue south of Galaxy, north
of Sunshine Homes Subdivision, Unit No. 2 to 243 feet south of
the bridge are hereby accepted into the City street system for
maintenance and operation by the City.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was intro-
duced and read at the regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Redding on the 2nd day of July 1984 , and
was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
