RESOLUTION NO. AV-7/0e7
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
ORDERING THE VACATION AND ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF TWIN
VIEW BOULEVARD ADJACENT TO 1120 TWIN VIEW BOULEVARD
(A-1-84) .
WHEREAS, proceedings have been duly conducted and held in
accordance with the provisions of the Public Streets , Highways
and Service Easements Vacation Law, Streets and Highways Code
Section 8300 , et seq. ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Redding finds and
determines that the hereinafter described real property is not
necessary for present or prospective street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Redding
hereby resolves and orders as follows:
1 . That the City Council make the following findings in
connection herewith:
(a) The project is compatible with the Redding General
Plan;
(b) The project will not significantly alter the
existing land form;
(c) The project is compatible with the surrounding
land use; and
(d) The project is compatible with the Redding Munici-
pal Code;
and the City Council hereby ratifies the Negative Declaration
authorized by the Planning Commission on March 13 , 1984.
2. That certain real property in the City of Redding,
County of Shasta, State of California, being a portion of Twin
View Boulevard adjacent to 1120 Twin View Boulevard, and as the
