SECTION 35102 OF THE GOVERNMENT CODE
Upon annexation, the following services will be available to the subject area:
electric, police, and fire. Police and fire protection will be restricted in

area. Sewer would be provided only upon formation of an assessment district by
the owners to extend sewers to the properties and payment of any applicable
connection and special benefit charges. Street maintenance will not be pro-
vided until streets are constructed and dedicated in accordance with City
standards. Solid-waste collection will not be provided until adequate access
is provided to the area. Storm-channel maintenance will not be provided until
channels are developed to a maintenance-free condition. Water would be pro-
vided to the area by the Centerville Community Services Agreement unless the
district determined that Redding should provide that essential service.
