RESOLUTION ACCEPTING REPORT AND
SETTING HEARING OF PROTESTS
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1984-3 ,
CHURN CREEK ROAD/HIGHWAY 44 OVERPASS
The City Council of the City of Redding resolves:
1. At the direction of this Council, CARL H. ARNESS ,
Director of Public Works, as Engineer of Work for improvement
proceedings in Assessment District No. 1984-3 , Churn Creek
Road/Highway 44 Overpass, City of Redding, Shasta County,
California, has filed with the City Clerk the report described in
Section 10204 of the Streets and Highways Code (Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913) . This Council accepts the report without
modification, for the purpose of conducting a hearing of protests to
the improvements described in the report.
2. This Council sets 7: 30 P.M. on Monday, May 7 , 1984 , in
the Chambers of the City Council at 1313 California Street, Redding,
California, as the time and place for hearing protests to the
proposed improvements.
3. The City Clerk is directed to publish, post and mail
the notices of improvement required by the Municipal Improvement Act
of 1913, and to file an affidavit of compliance. The notice shall
be published in the RECORD SEARCHLIGHT.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Redding,
Shasta County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the
2nd day of April, 1984.
