Home My WebLink AboutReso. 1984 - 030 - Resolution ordering change of proceedings without notice of hearing RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGE OF PROCEEDINGS WITHOUT NOTICE OR HEARING The City Council of the City of Redding resolves : Section 1. This change of proceedings respecting the Sunset West Assessment District No. 1981-4 is being taken without notice or hearing pursuant to the provisions of Section 10352 of the California Streets and Highways Code for the reason that there is no increase in total assess- ments caused by the proposed change. Section 2 . The Engineer' s Report approved by this Council on August 17, 1983, is hereby amended to substitute for existing Exhibit A of said Engineer' s Report the revised Exhibit A, a copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Redding, Shasta County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 6th day of February, 1984 . Sy-1/ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT OF A PARCEL MAP FOR LOT SPLIT APPLICATION NO. LS-73-83 . WHEREAS, at its regular meeting of November 2 , 1983, the Board of Administrative Review recommended approval of Lot Split Application No. LS-73-83, requesting adjustment to lot lines between the properties located at 700 and 710 Sunriver Lane, in an "R-1" Single Family Residential District, as applied for by Jim Graves; and WHEREAS, attached hereto is a diagram marked Exhibit "A" depicting the location of the parcels involved and the proposed lot line adjustment; and WHEREAS, Government Code §66412 (d) provides that the Subdi- vision Map Act shall not apply to certain types of lot line adjustments where such adjustments are approved by resolution of the City Council; and WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of staff that the City Council approve Lot Split Application No. LS-73-83 and waive the application of the Subdivision Map Act by resolution; and WHEREAS, it has been determined that this matter is categor- ically exempt from the provisions of CEQA; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Redding does hereby approve Lot Split Application No. LS-73-83 and waives further compliance with the Subdivision Map Act in connection with said lot split, it being the express finding of this City Council that this is merely a lot line adjustment between two or more adjacent parcels, and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall cause a copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Shasta County Recorder.
