Home My WebLink AboutReso. 1984 - 029 - Appointing election officers fixing compensation for said election officers designated polling places for each election precinct and designating consolidation i 4 RESOLUTION NO. j*-1 9 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPOINTING ELECTION OFFICERS, FIXING COMPENSATION FOR SAID ELECTION OFFICERS , DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES FOR EACH ELECTION PRECINCT AND DESIGNATING CONSOLIDATION OF ELECTION PRECINCTS FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF REDDING ON TUESDAY, APRIL 10 , 1984 . BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding that at the General Municipal Election to be held in the City of Redding, County of Shasta, State of California, on Tuesday, April 10 , 1984 , there shall be Twenty Six (26) voting precincts for the purpose of holding the election consisting of consolidations of the regular election precincts established for holding state or county elections as hereinafter set forth; that the election officers to serve thereat are appointed as follows; and that the polling places designated for the election precincts are as follows, to-wit: CONSOLIDATED ELECTION PRECINCT A: Comprising General Election Precinct Nos. 1 and 3 . BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Redding shall give notice of the foregoing appointments and designations of polling places and consolidated election pre- cincts for polling purposes in accordance with law.
