HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso. 1985 - 156 - Approving supplemento no. 14 to agreement no. 2-5068 of the program of local agency federal aid urban system projects • • RESOLUTION NO. ✓ 3-/ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING APPROVING SUPPLEMENT NO. 14 TO AGREEMENT NO. 2-5068 OF THE PROGRAM OF LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL AID URBAN SYSTEM PROJECTS , AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN SAME. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redding as follows: 1 . The City Council of the City of Redding hereby approves the contract between the City of Redding and State of California Department of Transportation for funding of the Court and Placer traffic signal project. 2 . The Mayor of the City of Redding is hereby authorized and directed to sign all necessary documents on behalf of the City of Redding and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attest the signature of the Mayor and to impress the official seal of the City of Redding on the aforesaid documents, when appropriate. 3. A true copy of the contract referred to herein is attached hereto and made a part hereof. HAYS, ty Attorney -2- Local 4CY Redding • Supplement No. 14 To Local Agency-State Agreement No. 2- 506 8 Project No. M-Y233 (1) PROGRAM OF LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL-AID URBAN SYSTEM PROJECTS IN THE City of Redding Local Agency Pursuant to the Federal-Aid for Urban Systems Acts, the attached "Program" of Federal-Aid Urban System Projects marked "Exhibit B" is hereby incorporated in that Master Agreement for the Federal-Aid Program which was entered into between the above named LOCAL AGENCY and the STATE on July 7, 1977 , and is subject to all of the terms and conditions thereof. The subject program is adopted in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article LI of the aforemen- tioned agreement under authority of City/County Resolution No. approved by the City Council/Board of Supervisors on .
