A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING lw
APPROVING AND CONFIRMING REPORT AND ACCOUNT OF THE COST OF
ABATEMENT OF UNSAFE BUILDINGS AND DEBRIS ON THE PERRY PRO-
PERTY AT 2865 HENDERSON ROAD.
WHEREAS, the Fire Marshal of the City of Redding has sub-
mitted to the City Council for confirmation, a report and account
of the cost of abatement of unsafe buildings and debris on the
property owned by Donald, David and Pamela Perry, being Parcel
No. 107-410-03 located at 2865 Henderson Road, Redding, Califor-
nia, and more particularly described as follows :
Real property situate in the City of Redding, County of
Shasta, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the south line of said Section 6
from which the southwest corner of said Section 6 bears S.
89°40 ' W. , 733. 71 feet; thence N. 5°21 ' W. , 85 . 50 feet;
thence N. 31°51 ' W. , 21 . 72 feet to the point of beginning of
this parcel; thence N. 31°51 ' W. , 122. 32 feet; thence N.
89°40 ' E. , 216 . 00 feet; thence S. 21°06 ' E. , 12 . 41 feet;
thence S . 38°08 ' E. , 117. 27 feet; thence S. 89°40 ' W. ,
228 . 34 feet to the point of beginning.
WHEREAS, the demolition and removal work done on said
property, for which said costs were incurred, was done pursuant
to the provisions of the City Code, and the owner of the subject
property was notified in advance of all proceedings herein as
provided for in said Code; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that this matter is categor-
ically exempt from the provisions of CEQA;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Redding does hereby approve and confirm the report and

account of the cost of demolition and removal of unsafe buildings
and debris on the subject property. These costs shall constitute
a lien on said property and shall be collected in the manner of
ordinary taxes by the Tax Collector of the County of Shasta,
acting for the City of Redding. The City Clerk of the City of
Redding is directed to send a copy of this resolution and the
report of the Fire Marshal herein to the County Auditor of Shasta
County, certified mail, for that purpose.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was intro-
duced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Redding on the 1st day of July , 1985 , and
was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
