RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 84-259 BY MODIFYING THE EMPLOYEE
CLASSIFICATION SCHEDULE AND SALARY PLAN ESTABLISHED BY SAID
RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, the City Council has studied the current Employee
Classification Schedule and Salary Plan as previously established
by Resolution No. 84-259; and
WHEREAS, staff has recommended amendments to City policies
pertaining to employee classifications and salaries as indicated
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to be in the best inter-
ests of the City of Redding to revise said salary plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redding as follows:
1 . That Resolution No. 84-259 is hereby amended by modify-
ing the Employee Classification Schedule and Salary Plan as set
forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein.
2 . That all other portions of Resolution No. 84-259 will
remain in full force and effect.
3. That this resolution shall be effective on December 30,
1984 .
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was intro-
duced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Redding on the 7th day of January , 1985 , and

was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:
