A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY /OF REDDING
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION FLORAL WAY,
TIMBERCREEK DRIVE, AND A PORTION OF MARLENE AVENUE IN THE
WOODHAVEN HOMES SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 7.
WHEREAS, improvements have been satisfactorily completed in
the Woodhaven Homes Subdivision, Unit No. 7; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works of the City of Redding
has recommended that Floral Way, Timbercreek Drive, and a portion
of Marlene Avenue in said Subdivision be accepted now into the
City street system for maintenance and operation by the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered this recommendation
and deems it to be in the best interests of the City of Redding
to approve same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Redding that, pursuant to the authority provided in
Section 1806 of the California Streets and Highways Code , Floral
Way, Timbercreek Drive, and a portion of Marlene Avenue in the
Woodhaven Homes Subdivision, Unit No. 7 , are hereby accepted into
the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Counc
