A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86-147, PARTIALLY AMENDED BY
RESOLUTION NOS. 87-12 AND 87-48 , BY ESTABLISHING A NEW
SCHEDULE OF SALARIES FOR OFFICERS AND EXEMPT EMPLOYEES,
EFFECTIVE APRIL 19 , 1987.
WHEREAS, City Council has studied the current Schedule of
Salaries for Officers and Exempt Employees as previously
established by Resolution No. 86-147 , and partially amended by
Resolution Nos. 87-12 and 87-48 ; and
WHEREAS, staff has recommended that Resolution No. 86-147,
partially amended by Resolution Nos. 87-12 and 87-48 , be further
amended by establishing a new Schedule of Salaries for Officers
and Exempt Employees as indicated in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference , effective April 19, 1987;
and
WHEREAS, City Council deems it to be in the best interests
of the City of Redding to adopt such recommendation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
