Aceept Redding Electrie Utility's 2021 Mid-Cycle Integrated Resource Plan Update. 4.5{b). Authorize the follow-ing relatice to Bid Schedule Na. 5237, Three-Phase, Pad-Type Distribution Transformers:(1)acvard to WEG Transformers USA(WEG)in the amount of $518,783 not inciuding tax(evaluated cost of$845,964);and(2)authorize the Purehasing Officer to extend the bid award annuail}r with WEG through Navember 30, 2026, if mutually agree�ble, with all terms and conditions remaining the same, and price adjustments in direet proportion to a Proclucer Price Index. 4.5(e). Authorize the following relative to Bid Schediile No.5231, 15kV Cable: (1}award to The Okonite Company in the amaunt of$303,199 not including tax; and {2) anthorize the Purchasing Officer ta extend the bid award annually with The Okonite Company through October 31,2026,if mu�ually agreeable,with all terms and conditions remaining the same and prices adjusted up or down according to Platt's Metals Week. 1011912�21 44s 4.6{a). t�ccept the 2020-21 Visit Redding Annual Report and 2021-22 Redding Tourism Marketing Annual Report by the Shasta Cascade Wonderland Association,relating to the operatian of the Redding Convention and Visitors Bureau under a Service Agreement(C- 5348) and tourism pramotion under tlle Redding Tourism Marketing Business Improvement District Management Agreement(C-6559),respectively. 4.11{a}.Authorize the purchase of a vacuum exca��ator using Sourcewell contract pricing,with a net delivered cost of$�67,395.92,including all applieable taxes and fees,for maintenance of the City of Redding Vi'ater Distribution system. 4.11{b),Accept the iinprovements in Silverstone Subdivision — Unit 1 {AMND-2Q20-01135IS- 2019-00280}as satisfaetorily complete; and adopt Resolution No. 2021-121, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redding,acceptin�streets for maintenance and operation. 4.11{e).Approve the following regarding Bid Schedure No. 5229 (Job No. 2465), Stillwater Wastewater Treatment Plant Fiiter Underdrain Replacement 2021 Project: (1) reject a11 bids in aecardanee�vith Public Contract Code Sectian 24166 and Publie Contract Code Section 22038. �.11{d).Authorize the following relati��e to the City af Redding's COVID-19 Economic Stimulus Package projects: (1)accept an update on project progress; and(2)ratify approval of the City Manager award for the So1ar Photovoltaic Power Generation Systems at Fire Stations Seven and Eight Project{C 19-S-Ol)to B&B Solar Inc.in the amount of$98,900. 4.11{e).Authorize the Mayor to execute a Subdivision Ab eement with MD Deveiapment;approve the final map far Seven Bridges Subdivision, Phase 2 {5-3-091PD-1-�91RZ-2-09); and direet the City Cierk to file the map with the Shasta County Reeorder. 4.15{a).Accept report reeagnizing City of Redding employees who have achieved or�vi11 achieve 15,20,25, 30�>ears of service with the City of Redding as of December 31,2021.Due to �� COVID-19 safety protocals,we are unable to recognize these individuals in person.
