Authorize the follow-ing relatice to Bid Schedule Na. 5237, Three-Phase, Pad-Type Distribution Transformers:(1)acvard to WEG Transformers USA(WEG)in the amount of $518,783 not inciuding tax(evaluated cost of$845,964);and(2)authorize the Purehasing Officer to extend the bid award annuail}r with WEG through Navember 30, 2026, if mutually agree�ble, with all terms and conditions remaining the same, and price adjustments in direet proportion to a Proclucer Price Index. 4.5(e).
