HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 2022-005 - Accepting For Maintenance and Operation the Streets in Salt Creek Subdivision, Unit 2, Phase 1, S-15-07/PD-11-07 RESOLUTIQN NO. 2022-Q45 A RESC?LUTI4N 4F THE CITY �OUNCIL ()F THE CITI' OF REDDING ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE AND QPERATION THE STREETS IN SALT CREEK SUBDIVISIQN, UNIT 2,PHASE 1, 5-15-071PD-ll-07 �HEREAS, improvements have been satisfactorily completed in Salt Creek Subdivision, Unit 2, Phase 1, 5-15-07IPD-11-Q7; and WHEREAS, the City Council has cansidered the recommendation of the Public Works Department that the streets in Salt Creek Subdivision, Unit 2, Phase l, S-IS-07IPD-11-Q7, be accepted into the City street system for maintenance and operation by the City; NOW, THEREFORE,IT IS RES(�LVEU by the City Cauncil,pursuant to the authority provided in Section 18Q6 flf the California Streets and I�ighways Code, that the streets in Salt Creek Subdivision, Unit 2, Phase 1, 5-15-071PD-11-07 as shown on the map attached and incorporated herein — are accepted into the City street system for maintenance and aperation by the City.
