The meeting was called to order by Mayor Erin Resner with the fallowing Council Members present: Michael Dacquisto, Mark Mezzano, and 7ulie Winter. Kristen Scl�reder participated telephonically. Also preseni were:City Manager Barry Tippin,City Attorney Barry E.DeWalt,and Executive Assistant Luisa Klapperich ealled the roll prior to]eaving the Closed Session meeting.
