DeWalt.Executive Assistant Luisa Klapperich called the roll prior to leaving the Clased Session meeting. CL�SED SESSION At the hour of 5:15 p.m., Vica Mayor Kristen Schreder opened the Special Meeting and anriaunced that the Cauncil would adjourn to Closed Session. �t the hour of 6:05 p.m_,Mayor Resner declared the Speeial Meeting recessed.
