City Council, Special Meeting
City Hall Conference Room A

Redding, California
September 14, 1999, 12:00 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Anderson with the following Council Members
present: Cibula, Kight, Pohlmeyer, and McGeorge.
Also present were City Manager Warren, City Attorney Wingate, Director of Public Works
August, and Attorney Susan Hinz
CLOSED SESSION
At the hour of 12:00 p.m., Mayor Anderson announced that Council will adjourn to closed
session to discuss the following:

At the hour of 12:45 p.m., Mayor Anderson reconvened the meeting to regular session. He
announced that no reportable action was taken.
City Attorney Wingate advised that each Council Member received a copy of a letter from David
Greiner of MoneyVest requesting a delay in a bankruptcy hearing to be held in Oakland on
Thursday, September 16, 1999. Mr. Wingate asked whether Council wished to conduct a special
meeting to consider the request. No expression of desire was made for such a meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, at the hour of 12:45 p.m., Mayor Anderson declared the
meeting adjourned.
