A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDDING
APPROVING THE AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 18, 1987, BETWEEN THE
CITY OF REDDING, URBAN ENVIRONMENTS, INC. , AND CREATIVE
LIVING, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN SAME.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Redding as follows:
1 . That the City Council of the City of Redding hereby
approves the Agreement between the City of Redding, Urban
Environments, Inc. , and Creative Living, a true copy of which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein; and
2 . That the Mayor of the City of Redding is hereby
authorized and directed to sign all necessary documents on behalf
of the City of Redding, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to attest the signature of the Mayor and to impress
the official seal of the City of Redding on the aforesaid
documents , when appropriate.
� I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
introduced and read at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Redding on the 16th day of March , 1987 , and
was duly adopted at said meeting by the following vote:

� A G R E E M E N T
THIS AGREEMENT entered into on the �� day of February,
� 1987; by and between URBAN ENVIRONMENTS, IPdC. , a California
�, Corporation, hereinafter called DEVELOPER; CREATIVE LIVING, a
� California Partnership, of Post Office Box 4248 , Redding,
, California 96099, hereinafter called OWNER; and CITY OF REDDING,
her.einafter called CITY;
I W I T N E S S E T H:
I� WHEREAS, DEVELOPER is the owner of property proposed to be
i
� Lancer Hill Subdivision, in the City of Redding, County of
j Shasta, State of California; and OWNER, is the owner of certain
;i real property in the vicinity of the proposed Subdivision,
' described as APN 71-150-21; and
� WHEREAS, the parties hereto agree to and acknowledge the
I following:
' 1. DEVELOPER is responsible for a contribution of Fifty
i Dollars ($50. 00) per lot toward a traffic signal to be installed
� at the intersection of Churn Creek Road and Browning Street; the
total amount being One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars
($1 , 350 . 00) (27 lots at $50. 00) . DEVELOPER is desirous of
� deferring payment of these monies until a later date.
2. DEVELOPER is indirectly involved with OWNER in another
property in the vicinity of the traffic signal. DEVELOPER and
OWNER are willing to have the responsibility for the amount of

$1 , 350. 00 to become a condition of development of OWNER' s
� property, APN 71-150-21. At the time of issuance of any building
permit for development on Parcel 71-150-21 , the amount of

'� $1 , 350 . 00 shall become due and payable to CITY.
This Agreement shall constitute a covenant running with the
land and shall be binding upon OWNER' s successors-in-interest.
; It is further intended that this Agreement shall be a recordable
� document.
; IN WITNESS �9HEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement
; on the day and year first above written by their respective
