A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COiJNCIL OF TI3E CITY OF REDDING
APPROVING AND ADOPTING CERTAIN SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIOrIS,
CALCULATED AS OF MARCH 2 , 1987 , AND TO BE EFFECTIVE FOR THE
REMAINDER OF THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30 , 1987.
i WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a budget
for the fiscal year ending June 30 , 1987; and
; WHEREAS such bud et contained estimated revenue and

appropriations for said fiscal year; and
, WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Finance Director that
' certain supplemental appropriations must be approved at this time
to balance the City' s accounts for said fiscal year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

iCity of Redding as follows:
' 1 . That the foregoing recitals are true and correct.
2 . That it is deemed to be in the best interests of the
, City of Redding to approve and adopt the following supplemental
appropriations and fund transfers at this time.
� 3. That said adjustment shall be in accordance with
� Exhibit "C" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference
as though fully set forth at this point.

the Sacramento River Trail--Phase 4 , 5 , and 6 in the amount of

The trail extensions will include a 17�spa�� pa�k�ng �oti se�era� dra�r�age_
improvements, 2 br°idg�s over Salt and hlyddle C�eekss signs, vehicle barr�ers,
and 2.6 miles of an 8-foot-wide paved trailo The bridges are two old railroad .
crossings that requir�e r°ebuild7ng.
