July 18, 1994 7:20 p.m.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Anderson with the following Council
Members present: P. Anderson, Kehoe, McGeorge, Murray and R. Anderson.
Also present were Interim City Manager McMurry, City Attorney Hays, Fire
Chief Bailey, Director of Personnel Bristow, Battalion Chief Tomicich and
Outside Consultant Ron Reynolds.
CLOSED SESSION

Mayor Anderson stated that pursuant to California Government Code Section
54957.6(a), the City Council would adjourn to closed session to discuss the
following:
a) Conference with Labor Negotiators regarding Local Union 1245 of
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Maintenance Unit;
b) Conference with Labor Negotiators regarding International Association
of Fire Fighters, AFL-CIO, Firefighters Unit; and
c) Conference with Labor Negotiators regarding Peace Officers Association
of Redding, Miscellaneous Employees (Community Services Officers and
Property and Evidence Clerks)
At the hour of 7:20 p.m., the meeting was adjourned to closed session.
At the hour of 7:57 p.m, the meeting was reconvened to regular session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, at the hour of 7:57 p.m., Mayor R. Anderson
declared the meeting adjourned.
